TalentEd Consulting is rooted in solid knowledge and experience.

My career’s underlying thread has been to be a bridge between people and their potential. For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working at the intersection of people and culture for organizations in Canada and globally. I have extensive experience in advisory, assessment, design and development, facilitation, consulting and coaching services across a range of organizational development areas, with a specialized expertise on leadership development and cultural competence. Over the years, my greatest joy has stemmed from watching people and organizations elevate themselves to realize their potential. It never fails to inspire.

I have an MBA in Strategy from McGill University and an LL.M from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. In addition, I have attained my CTDP accreditation, am a PROSCI Change Management Practitioner, and am certified in various psychometric assessments.

While my official credentials have certainly equipped me with useful knowledge and tools, my most important classroom has been my time living, working and travelling around the world. I spent 10 years living and working for clients in three countries in Asia, in addition to living and working in Europe. Here in North America, I have lived and worked in three provinces, while serving clients in many U.S. and Canadian cities. I have also left my footprints in over sixty countries. This accumulated overseas experience has shaped how I connect and collaborate with people, and how I identify root causes and determine solutions. As a result, I provide a unique global perspective to problem solving that my clients appreciate in today’s interconnected work world.
